Legacy Food Hall
Art direction · mural · illustration · rendering
The Food Hall Company, renowned for their success in creating and managing exceptional food halls, hired me to transform the restrooms at their Frisco Legacy Food Hall location. I envisioned creating murals that would incorporate the themes of dining, community, and celebration.
Spanning over 55,000 square feet across three floors and boasting more than 20 diverse food stalls and 5 full-service bars, the Legacy Food Hall is a true culinary and cultural destination. I proposed a set of four murals that were fun and approachable, in sync with their brand voice, spirit, and values of diversity.
The first level restrooms feature playful, illustrative murals that capture the essence of the Texas food hall. Abstract yellow lines spell out ‘HALL’, surrounded by motifs of musical instruments, food and drinks, and native Texas plants. The Hill Country is depicted through the base of sage green.
The second level restrooms, which cater to the Hall's bar patrons, feature floor to ceiling neon-like letterforms against a modern Texas night sky. They embody the energy of celebration and unity. The murals I created serve as vibrant and engaging works of art that further elevate the already exceptional experience at the Legacy Food Hall.
